I have been utilizing professional dry cleaners for many years and thought that the majority in the business produced similar results. Frankly, "hit or miss" was the rule, with mostly fair results with occasional "do-overs" because of missed issues. When Courtesy Cleaners opened at the new Chapel in Cranston, I figured that I'd give them a try because of the convenient location. I've been a regular customer ever since and can honestly say I've never been disappointed. My clothes always come back perfectly done and never show any deterioration as I thought was the norm. The employees are both pleasant and personable; the owner/operator takes a personal interest in making sure you are completely satisfied. When you walk into Courtesy Cleaners the first thing you notice is how immaculately clean the business is. I've often commented to others that I can eat off Courtesy Cleaners floors. They are one of the unique businesses in Rhode Island that promises... and consistently delivers those promises to customers.
I'm sure that there aren't many dry cleaners out there where you can drop off clothes before 9:00 am and be on a flight to Chicago by 6:00 pm and have those same fresh clean clothes on the flight with you.
